- Pre-spray – shampoo cleaning solution
- Agitation – carpet is rotary scrubbed to release soils and stains from carpet fibres
- Hot water extraction and stain treatments – carpet is steam cleaned, extracting soils and stains from the carpet.
- Deodorising and neutral rinse – flushes out any remaining soils and chemicals in carpet to leave the carpet smelling fresh.
- Drying time ( 2-5 hours )
